While many women are struggling to find a weekly antenatal fitness class in their area, not many know that only regular exercising will benefit the mum-to-be and the baby. Unfortunately, occasional exercising and attending the ante-natal class just once a week have little impact on your body not to mention the fact, that all the positive maternal and baby’s response to physical activity will be significantly limited. Apart from attending weekly antenatal fitness class I strongly recommend staying active and training on regular basis- five to seven times a week.
